Henge is a photoreal model of Stonehenge and a working astronomical calendar, computed entirely on your device. It collects no personal data, no usage data, no analytics, no identifiers, and no diagnostics. There are no accounts, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network connections: the sun, the moon and the stones are all mathematics, and mathematics needs no server.
Your settings — where you stand, how fast time runs, which sky you watch — are stored only on your device, and in your own device backups under your control. We operate no server; there is nothing to send and nowhere to send it.
Henge never asks for your location. To show the sun over your own sky it reads the device's time zone — a setting, not a sensor — and works out a longitude from it, deliberately approximate. A monument that works in a field with no signal should not need permission to say where the sun is.
The optional full-version purchase is handled end to end by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment details and hold no record of who has purchased; the entitlement lives with your Apple account, under Apple's privacy policy.
This site is static pages. We set no cookies and run no analytics. Our hosting provider may log requests (IP addresses and the like) as part of operating the service, under its own privacy statement.
