These terms cover the river.io website, published by river.io LLC. By reading the site you accept them. Our apps are licensed separately, under the terms of the store you got them from.

Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. Do not copy it wholesale onto another domain, do not present it as your own, and do not attack, overload, or attempt to break into it.

The text, layout, images, and marks on this site belong to river.io LLC unless a page says otherwise. Some pages carry their own licence, and where they do, that licence governs. Product names and logos belonging to other companies are theirs.
— 04 · The apps are separate —
Downloading a river.io app is governed by that app's licence and by the store that distributed it. For iOS and macOS apps that is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless we state otherwise; for Android it is Google Play's terms. Each app also has its own privacy policy. These website terms do not replace any of them.

We link to other people's sites. We do not control them and are not answerable for what they contain or do.
— 06 · No warranty —
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, river.io LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limits, in which case they apply only as far as that jurisdiction allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Maricopa County, Arizona are the venue for any dispute, and you and we each consent to that venue.
